This student accommodation has a lot to offer students during their time at university. This property is brand new in 2019 and offers luxury student accommodation. Inside each room, you will find a modern and stylish kitchen area equipped with various cooking and cleaning appliances. A personal wash room is also available, which is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. Another desirable aspect to this studio accommodation is the bedroom area. This property comes with a twin bed which sits opposite a desk area, and also includes a Smart TV that is provided by Unihousing.
Utility bills and high speed fibre optic internet is included in the overall price of the rent.
Selly Oak is a popular destination for students attending the University of Birmingham due to its great location next to the Edgbaston campus. Additionally, Selly Oak town gives students: bars, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets, all of which make for easy living in the local area.
Seeing what Birmingham has to offer shouldn’t be a problem either. The transport links provided in Selly Oak are ideal. Trains and buses both stop at local stations to pick up commuters on a regular basis. In addition, rail and bus cards can make journeys cheaper.
