A washer/dryer is also provided along with a Smart TV and high speed fibre optic internet. There's nothing extra to pay: the cost of utlity bills and internet are included in the rent.
This is the place to be for a student, Selly Oak isn't only close to the University of Birmingham but it also contains everything you need within an easy distance. Your everyday needs are covered by the supermarkets, smaller shops, gym and parks in the area, and for entertainment with friends there's a plethora of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby.
You need not be constrained to Selly Oak either - transport into the city centre and other parts of Birmingham is so easy either by bus or train, as both service the area cheaply and frequently.

Students will find themselves only a short walk from several shops in Selly Oak, including a 24-hour Tesco. Transport in the area is also fantastic with both buses and trains offering travel all over the city of Birmingham.
Each property is provided with high-speed fibre optic internet for free, and utility bills are included in the price of rent.
