This accommodation is only a short walk from the University of Birmingham and Selly Oak high street. The studio has been recently refurbished to a high and modern standard, and consists of an open plan fitted kitchen, a living room/bedroom area and an ensuite shower or bath room.

A studio gives you your own independent space to study and relax at university, with a study desk and chair provided, along with free Wi-Fi. In addition, all of our studios come with a flat-screen TV included in the rent.


Selly Oak Shared Houses

If you are more of a people person and the idea of living alone fills you with dread, or if you simply wish to reap the cost benefits of sharing accommodation, then we have plenty of Selly Oak houses to let.

We have many different configurations of student house available for students to rent close to Birmingham University. For example, the house pictured below is a only a few minute's walk from the university, has three double bedrooms, a communal lounge with TV, a fitted kitchen and a Jacuzzi bathroom.

Shared House

All our Selly Oak houses to let can be rented by a group or simply by the room if you do not know enough people to fill the house, we will do everything we can to get you and your friends the most suitable property. It's worth remembering that larger groups need to get in touch sooner rather than later as we cannot guarantee the availability of the larger houses.


What to Expect From our Student Accommodation

All our student lets in Selly Oak have central heating, showers, smoke detectors, fire doors, burglar alarms, washing machines, fridge freezers, annual decorating, modern furniture and appliance maintenance as standard. Not only are they replete with modern furniture and fittings but some of them even include a Jacuzzi bath (pictured below) for relaxation.

This not only helps us keep our property prices low but also means that you get to talk directly to the owner should there be a problem. We have a team of qualified tradesmen and a dedicated maintenance department to help facilitate quick repairs.

By taking a train from the local station you can be in Birmingham city centre in as little as 15 minutes. This means that Selly Oak accommodation is also suitable for those attending other universities in Birmingham such as University College Birmingham. Meanwhile, Bristol Road in Selly Oak has plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, takeaways and cafes to choose from.
